Living here for 3 years, maintenance has always been responsive. Rudy is especially friendly and professionally quick.

I appreciated Jesse's patience in taking time to help me when my wheelchair was tangled and I couldn't get loose. Jesse took the time to untangle my chair and made sure I was ok! He's so patient and persistent when switching g my fridge doors to make it easier for me to use. I appreciate him.

Jesse is amazing. He has helped my wife and kids out several times while I'm on the road, he has gone above and beyond his duties.

The new matienance Jesse is amazing and Chris is awesome as well very very polite and professional and completely a huge turn around from when I first moved in. Aspenwood has done very well changing that department around. Jesse the new manager for maintenance told me he would come back to fix my concern with my water and sewer and actually kept his word about it came and fixed it all in one day and was fast about it Chris and Jesse had clear communication and was able to get through my request very smoothly quickly and comfortably. Felt super comfortable having them come in my home and in and out to get a couple things as they needed and not felt like I was being tattled on for non related things or just have someone come pretend to work he actually showed me and told me every little thing that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it and how he was fixing it. He also noticed some things going on with my loose front door that I would have never even thought to complain about and he took the time to make sure he fixed it before he left because he noticed it! I felt like he actually took care of my home like he cared about the conditions I was living in and that’s the first time since moving in in August that I felt like someone here cared about the conditions I was living in. Thank you Jesse and Chris for making this place a lot better to live in and the atmosphere in general of living here feels safer in general knowing you guys are here for me and my safety and care about what I need!!! Even if I don’t say anything you will notice and fix it. That made my whole day! Thank you

Jesse installed our new garbage disposal cause the old one was jammed and he did an awesome job. Cleaned up after himself and was fast at installing the new disposal! Really happy with the work he’s done and how fast he got it done!
