These are the best apartments I've lived at so far. Scott is definitely caring and understanding, I had a problem with my neighbors teenagers waking my toddler up at all hours of the night I brought this to Scott's attention and he said he would take care of it and he did. I haven't had a problem with them since then! He's also always so happy and friendly! Malisha always goes above and beyond too! I love management at these apartments, no matter what if we have a problem it usually gets resolved very quickly!!

These apartments have been around for lots of years. They are mostly remodeled inside, including new vinyl windows, slidding glass door, with a really helpful Assistant Manager (Scott Johnson) someone you should come and talk to if your wanting to lease an apartment that is in the heart of the valley and can get away on roads that talk you to your work in minutes. Has stores in every direction within a few miles. Schools, churches, libraries, parks, are all around these apartments. Come and talk to the best Assistant Manager about renting at ASPEN-WOOD APARTMENTS in West Valley City.

Place is pretty decent and quiet so far. Location is good. I love how close it is to my work place plus not to mention, it’s close to a lot of stores as well and walking distance to some food places and Beans & Brews! Gotta say though, Scott really came in clutch when I needed a place for me and my partner to stay! Super cool and awesome guy and made everything super smooth with our move in and everything. BEST ASSISTANT MANAGER EVER! Can’t thank you enough, Scott! We appreciate you 🖤
